OOTD - Shopping & Pubbing

Hi guys, how are you all? I'm super tired today, the events of the weekend have taken it out on me! Reality hit hard returning to work this morning after an amazing weekend!

Saturday I went shopping to Cardiff and popped into the pub afterwards to catch a bit of the rugby, it was heaving in Cardiff as Wales v England were playing in the Millenium Stadium.

OOTD - Day to Night

As you probably already know I went to Ponty's Big Weekend to see The Wanted yesterday. I went into Cardiff for drinks afterwards so wanted to wear something that was suitable to wear day to night. I showed you a picture of the dress yesterday so here it is all accessoried up!

I wore my sandals in the day and took some heels with me. I made sure that my bag was big enough to fit my shoes in. Its quite a simple look but I think it worked quite well for the day to night dilemma that I faced!

We had a lovely day and thankfully the sun was shining brightly! Most of us forgot our sunglasses so ended up popping into New Look in Pontypridd and picking up a pair for £1 in the sale! Here is a shot of the us outside the portaloos, classy! I'm not sure exactly where everyone got their clothes but I'll try my best!

OOTN 19.6.11 - Black & Gold

Hi guys, sorry for being so late posting this outfit! I had a few outfit posts to put up from last weekend and completely forgot about this one! As you may know from my week in photos we went to Cardiff for my friends birthday, the theme was black and gold. I originally ordered a gold dress from ebay, as seen in my week in post, unfortunately this style of dress does not suit me at all so I returned it. I then struggled to find a replacement outfit! I rummaged through my wardrobe and found an old £0.99 ebay buy that I hadn't worn, but wasn't too fussed on the big bow, I decided to get my scissors out! Here are the results :

As you can see I did make a little nick in the dress but its nothing that can't be hidden by a belt!

I think removing the bow and adding the belt has really updated this dress

Sorry about the dodgy mirror photo, the lace cover up was a last minute addition so I quickly took a photo!

I'm not going to go into details on the make up as it is just the same make up that I always wear with the addition of a pair of Kimberely Girls Aloud eyelashes.

This Saturday night is a lot quieter than that one! I cooked some pizza, garlic bread and potato wedges and am now watching Parent Trap - hell I might go crazy and have a fizzy drink! (I've cut down on fizzy drinks and haven't had one in an age!)

You know you're getting old when this is your idea of a good Saturday night!

OOTD & Barry Island Trip

Hi all

As you probably know its my birthday today :) Therefore this is a scheduled post! If you follow me on Twitter and/or regularly read my blogs you may know that I LOVE Barry Island and that I went there on Sunday. Barry Island to some is horrific! I, however, love it! It is just your typical tacky seaside resort. It has got even more tacky since Gavin & Stacey took off, there are now Gavin & Stacey souvenirs everywhere!
