O & F OTN 9.6.11 - Meal

Friday, June 10, 2011
Happy Friday :) Is everyone looking forward to the weekend? I'm having another quiet one, I've strangely been enjoying the quiet weekends lately, so unlike me!

Spencer and I bought a Groupon for a meal at The Farmer's Daughter in Newport ages ago, we finally used it last night! We had a three course meal for £26 - bargainous! The place and the food was amazing, highly recommended! If another Groupon comes out for them I'm there!

It was a lovely day so I wore my maxi dress, inspired by Rai I teamed it with a mis matching cardi, and I like, what do you think of the combo?

Excuse my dodgy facial expressions, it was a rush!
Also excuse the mess of my house, we're having a clear out!

Outfit
Dress & Cardi - Peacocks
Ring - Primark

Face
Foundation - Rimmel 25 hour applied with Sigma F80
Powder - Rimmel True Match blended with Sigma F15
Blush - Benefit Posie Tint
Lips - All for Eve by Daniel Sandler
Eyelids - 17 Glitter Eyeliner rubbed in with Sigma E25
Eyelashes - Avon Super Extend Mascara

Talking of Groupon have you seen today's amazing deal? For £49 two people get an overnight stay at Park Inn, Walsall, dinner, breakfast and admission to either West Midlands Safari Park or Cadbury World - awesome right! I'm currently trying to convince Spencer that we have a spare £49!

Lovely Jubbly Jewellery

Wednesday, June 8, 2011
A while back Jess over at Lovely Jubbly did a blog post saying that she had started making jewellery and asking if anyone would review some for her. When I saw the two amazing necklaces she was talking about I jumped at the chance! She was looking for someone to review both the Peace Out necklace which I will be reviewing for you today and the Sweet Heart necklace that Adrienne reviewed.

The necklace arrived SUPER quickly! I don't live very far from Jess so maybe this is why but still I was very impressed with the delivery speed. The packaging was amazing! It came in a bubble envelope for protection, inside the bubble envelope I had a letter, the necklace (wrapped up all pretty) and an impressive business card.

The necklace comes on a really delicate silver chain.

I think this is a very adaptable necklace that I will get a lot of wear out of.

You can buy this necklace and many others from Lovely Jubbly Jewellery. This one costs just £3.50 and it comes with FREE postage! I don't know about you but I'm sucker for free P&P!

These are a few of the other beautiful pieces that Jess currently has on sale

Domino ring £3.50
Sweet Heart necklace £4
Vintage Button £3
So what are you waiting for, go check out the lovely Jess and her amazing jewellery!

You Got Mail - Haul of Sorts

Monday, June 6, 2011
Hi guys, I thought I'd do a quick post to show you a few items of mail I've received over the past couple of weeks. I have majorly cut down on spending so unfortunately there isn't a lot to show you :(

I saw these in Cardiff Primark a while back but the queue was huge so I didn't buy them thinking that they would have them in my local Primark, they didn't. My lovely friend Emma picked them up on her most recent shopping trip and posted them through my door yesterday, hence fitting in with the 'you got mail' post! I will be sure to let you know how I get on with them. They were £3.

We have recently wallpapered our porch so I wanted something a bit funky to jazz it up a little! I saw this on Folksy and just had to have it! It cost £8.50. I received it very quickly, as a result I am very pleased with my first Folksy order!

I purchased the Radly Groupon ages ago and bought myself that cute little purse with it. The only fault with it is that it really is little! I'm used to having huge purses so this is bulging with all my cards! I like it though.

The lovely Jess is now making her own jewellery, she recently sent me this necklace to review, review coming soon! I love it so thought I would give you a sneak preview!

And that is me spent out for now! Have you been buying much? I've listed loads on ebay and am hoping to buy a nail polish display/storage with the money I make, probably this one. It isn't exactly what I want but its the only one I can find that I like and is in my price range! Do you know of any nice white or clear cheap display units? If so link me please!
